if your boat sinks, runs aground or capsizes?

events like this happen to you, what will
you do about it? Keep these facts
in mind. The
U.S. Coast Guard policy generally prohibits
towing, jump-starting or passing fuel. Local
Harbormasters often won't respond beyond
their 1 mile town limit. Very few
fellow boaters will tow you because of
liabillity concerns.
